Dear Colleagues,
We are completing what has been one of our most exciting and best years yet. October marked our 15th year in business.
Concerning our sales efforts this year, we have promoted Guy Earley to our Sales & Marketing Manager. Guy’s responsibilities will be to ensure our sales team is getting the support they need. He will also be responsible for providing more training sessions to your sales people, designers, supervisors and press operators.
Concerning our production efforts, we have streamlined many of our processes to be able to provide quicker turnaround of products. We have added more people to our second shift to better utilize our equipment and provide better service to you.
We purchased another Sprinter and hired another full time driver. Both Joe and Robert depart each morning before 5:00 AM allowing most of our products to be hand delivered before 9:00 AM. If you want the tooling placed in a special area, the proofs delivered to another area, the paperwork to another area or need dies picked up for repair, our guys will be glad to facilitate those needs.
As you can see, we remain resolved to continue to find ways to better serve you. Let us know what you like or dislike about our services and products so we can continue to improve. We want to give you “Clear Cut Results”.
